I directed the production of and created the communications plan for Museum of the African Diaspora’s (MoAD) 2022 Annual Report. MoAD is the only museum in San Francisco focused on contemporary art of the African diaspora. I engaged multiple stakeholders, copyedited the report, and supervised vendors.

I refreshed Momentum for Health's brand, updating the look and messaging of digital and print communications which resulted in increased engagement of its key audiences. Momentum for Health is the largest private nonprofit provider of adult mental health services in Santa Clara County.
I served as copywriter and supervised vendors and in-house staff to produce an updated Annual Report, client videos, one-pagers, e-newsletters, brochures, social media, event collateral, and more. Email open rates, social media following and engagement, and website traffic increased as a result of the brand refresh, consistent communications, omni-channel integration, and analytics tracking.
I enhanced the brand and messaging of San Francisco-based national nonprofit, Juma Ventures, growing its visibility through digital and print marketing, storytelling, and media relations. Juma is a nonprofit social enterprise that operates businesses with the purpose of employing young people and helps set them on a path to a career.
I directed the Juma Ventures' website redesign (above), working with a web design agency to improve navigation, updating the brand, and tailoring messaging to key stakeholders. I served as lead copywriter, managed the content strategy, and supervised the design. Additionally, I served as a key contributor in the concept ideation of Juma Ventures' rebrand and strategic shift to "Making Possible, Possible".​​​​​​​
I managed the production of print collateral, including two Annual Reports (2014 and 2015), brochures, and other assets (below) to raise awareness about Juma's work and impact. I served as lead storyteller and copywriter; managed the content strategy; supervised design, photography, and print vendors; and created digital distribution plans.
