I played an integral role in producing this video, collaborating with key team members, and contributing to the ideation of script, editing, casting, and video shoot.
This video helped raise awareness of Juma Ventures by featuring the story of Juma youth vendor, Alena Byers who received a big surprise one day while working her shift at AT&T Park.
I managed the distribution plan for this video and supervised vendor contributions.
SF Giants player and Juma Ventures Ambassador, Javier Lopez took part in this PSA to increase awareness about Juma Ventures and its youth vendors at AT&T Park who work to save money for college. The PSA aired at AT&T Park on the Jumbotron and on TV's throughout the stadium to over 40,000 Giants fans.
I copyedited the script, managed Juma youth pre- and post-shoot, worked with Giants staff, and distributed the video.
In 2016, Juma Ventures was one of five Bay Area nonprofit organizations that was awarded the Game Changer grant by the Super Bowl 50 Fund. This story created awareness of Juma Ventures' work, reaching new audiences. I coordinated this story with CBS, Juma youth, and staff.
